Jenny Clements, CPA, CFE, CGMA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jenny currently serves as the Finance Director at Chatham Emergency Services since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Finance Manager at Chatham County, GA Government from September 2022 to November 2022.

Jenny has also held significant roles in Chatham County, serving as the Financial Reporting Accountant at the Chatham County Superior Court Clerk's Office from April 2019 to August 2022. In this position, they successfully improved internal controls and financial processes, created financial statements, and recommended improvements to strengthen controls over financial reporting.

Before joining the Chatham County Superior Court Clerk's Office, Jenny worked as an Internal Auditor II at Chatham County, GA Government from December 2012 to April 2019. Jenny also gained experience as a Governmental Audit Manager at Karp, Ronning & Tindol, P.C. for a year in 2012.

Earlier in their career, Jenny worked as a Senior Staff Accountant at Payne, Moore & Herrington, LLP from January 2005 to December 2011, an Accounts Payable Clerk at U-Teck in 2002, and an Office Manager at Refrigeration & Heating Co., Inc. from August 2000 to January 2002.

Jenny Clements, CPA, CFE, CGMA, earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Northwestern State University from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Business and Management from the University of Maryland University College European Division between 1997 and 1999.

In addition to their educational background, Jenny has obtained several certifications. Jenny became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through NASBA in January 2011. In August 2014, they obtained the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from the AICPA. Later, in May 2017, they became a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
