Amanda Newman

Amanda Newman is a Valuations Analyst at Chatham Financial since July 2022, bringing prior experience as a Property Management Intern at The Scion Group from April 2019 to May 2022, and as a Global Brokerage Sales Intern at Gallagher during the summer of 2021. Additional experience includes roles as a Youth Tennis Instructor and Waitress at Maple Bluff Country Club from August 2018 to August 2020, and working in the Youth Tennis Department for the City of Monona Parks & Recreation from June 2014 to August 2018. Amanda Newman holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2018-2022) and is currently pursuing further education at NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate since September 2022.
