Joshua Hughes

Joshua Hughes has extensive experience in both software testing and financial analysis. As a Software Test Engineer at Chatham Financial since October 2016, Joshua has focused on ensuring software quality through automated regression tests and user acceptance tests in an Agile environment. Prior to this role, Joshua worked at Vanguard from August 2011 to August 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing reconciliation processes for fixed income funds, contributing to curriculum development for Microsoft Access training, and automating processes to mitigate risks. Earlier experience includes a finance internship at Noble Real Estate, LLC, where Joshua integrated data and conducted market research. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
