Karina Rush

Karina Rush is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and real estate analytics. Currently serving as the Global Head of Investment Management Advisory at Chatham Financial since July 2019, Karina has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Valuation, Reporting, & Analytics, Associate Director of Debt Valuation, and Consultant for Defeasance & Prepayments. Prior experience includes a position as a Real Estate Analyst at NPC International and an internship as a Market Research Analyst at Graystone Properties of OKC, Inc. Karina’s career began with internships in accounting and finance at Love's Travel Stops and Wells Fargo Advisors, respectively. Karina holds a Master’s in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business.
