Lori Thomas

Lori Thomas, SPHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning and development with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Partner and Debt Management Consultant at Chatham Financial since 2017, Lori has played a crucial role in helping clients effectively utilize debt management systems. Prior to Chatham, from 2009 to 2017, Lori was the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Genesis HealthCare, leading employee engagement and retention initiatives. Earlier in career, Lori worked as an HR Consultant for small biotech and pharmaceutical companies and as a Human Resources Generalist at Watson Pharmaceuticals. Lori holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Human Resources from Utah State University.
