Mark Tekirian

Mark Tekirian, MAI, is a seasoned valuation expert with extensive experience in real estate appraisal and asset management. Currently serving as Director of Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics at Chatham Financial, a position held since October 2022, Mark has previously held significant roles at Kroll and Duff & Phelps, where Mark specialized in appraisals, portfolio valuation, and financial reporting. With a strong foundation in property market research and financial assessment from earlier positions at Ludwig Corporation and SMD Property Group, Mark has developed significant expertise in multifamily properties, including affordable housing. Mark's analytical skills were further honed at SEI Investments, providing accounting analyses and training new employees. Mark holds a Master’s degree in Property Management from Drexel University and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
