Tim Mitchell

Tim Mitchell is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in institutional real estate investing and capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Partner and Global Head of Real Estate at Chatham Financial since June 2011, Tim leads a global team providing capital markets solutions to commercial real estate investors. Their extensive background includes roles at Somera Capital Management as Senior Vice President, and at Pacifica Real Estate Group as Vice President of Investments. Tim's earlier career includes positions at Deloitte as a Real Estate Consultant and Auerbach Financial as a Financial Analyst. Educational qualifications include a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
