Aliona Hlivco is an accomplished political professional with significant experience in leadership and advisory roles. As the Founder and CEO of St. James's Foreign Policy Group since September 2024, Aliona has also served on the Advisory Council of the Coalition for Global Prosperity and contributed regularly to Chatham House's Russia and Eurasia Programme. Previously, Aliona held the position of Managing Director at The Henry Jackson Society and worked as a Senior Consultant at Atticus Partners. Early in a career marked by public service, Aliona was an MP at the Chernivtsi Regional Parliament and served as Chief Party Whip and Senior Advisor to the Chairman. Aliona's educational background includes advanced degrees in Political Science and Public Administration from reputable institutions.
