Frances Howard

Frances Howard is a finance professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Finance Manager (Research) at Chatham House since October 2025, Frances previously held the positions of Director of Finance and Resources and Interim Director of Finance and Resources at Changing Faces in the UK from November 2022 to September 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Accountant at West of England Insurance Services (Luxembourg) S.A. from January 2020 to November 2022, and multiple roles at Citizens Advice from November 2015 to December 2019, where Frances advanced from Business Analyst to Senior Finance Business Partner. Additionally, Frances worked at PwC as a Senior Audit Associate and Audit Associate from September 2011 to October 2015 and gained initial experience as an Audit Associate from September 2011 to July 2012. Frances holds an ACA Qualification in Accounting from ICAEW and a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the University of Bath, along with A levels in Law, Psychology, Mathematics, Physics, and AS Further Mathematics from Boswells Sixth Form College.
