Lauren Wieringa has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lauren started their career at the University of Guelph, where they worked as an Annual Fund Associate and later as a TD Insurance Meloche Monnex Fellow. Lauren then interned at Lockton Companies as an Employee Benefits Consulting Intern and at Washington University in St. Louis as an Employer Relations and Recruitment Intern.

Later, Lauren joined Express Scripts as an Implementation Project Manager before moving to TransForm Shared Service Organization, where they held various roles including Project Manager, cSWO Project Director, and Manager of Engagement and Service Excellence.

Currently, Lauren is working at Chatham-Kent Health Alliance as the Director of Quality, Risk and Digital Services. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Digital Systems and Project Management and the Director of Information Systems at the same organization. Overall, Lauren's work experience has showcased their expertise in project management, digital systems, and healthcare quality and risk management.

Lauren Wieringa earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph from 2004 to 2008. Lauren later pursued an MBA at Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School, specializing in Strategy and Organizational Leadership, from 2009 to 2011.
