Polly Smith

Polly Smith has been serving as the Director of Employment and Social Services for the Municipality of Chatham-Kent since February 1992, overseeing programs related to Ontario Works, homelessness prevention, and various social services. Prior to this role, Polly Smith worked as a Program Manager within the same division, focusing on employment and income maintenance programs and engaging in policy and financial management. In addition, Polly Smith spent several years as the Business Manager at Red Devil Scuba Supplies, assisting with marketing and operations while gaining valuable insights into small business management. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen's University, studies with AMCTO, and a BA in Sociology from Western University.
