Tochi Adiukwu is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in IT project management, business analysis, and product management. Currently working at the Municipality of Chatham-Kent since October 2021, Tochi has successfully led the digitalization of the Human Resource Management System, resulting in the elimination of 20,000 hours of manual processes for 2,500 employees through effective stakeholder engagement and adherence to established KPIs. Prior experience includes project management roles at Improvtek Consulting, where Tochi managed various app enhancements, and roles at Pinnacle and Skye Bank Plc, focusing on business analysis and systems implementation. Tochi holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a Master of Science in Information Technology, and certificates in Leadership Skills and other relevant areas.
