Dave Seaboldt has over two decades of experience in operations and processing management within the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Operations/Processing Manager at Chatham Steel Corporation since June 2003, responsibilities include managing production schedules, collaborating with sales on processing drawings, programming burning machines, and overseeing staffing, maintenance, and warehouse supplies. Prior to this role, Dave worked at Volvo Construction Equipment from June 1996 to August 2001 in various capacities, including Operations Manager, Processing Manager, Inventory Manager, and Fabrication Supervisor. Dave's educational background includes studies at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College (1996-1998), Indian River State College (1993-1994), and Dutchess Community College.

From its beginning as a scrap iron and metal business in Savannah, Georgia, the company Samuel Tenenbaum founded in 1915 has grown to become a major steel service leader for more than 2,500 active clients. Chatham Steel Corporation, still headquartered in Savannah, now has additional divisions in Columbia, South Carolina; Orlando, Florida; Birmingham, Alabama and Durham, North Carolina. A family business for more than 80 years, Chatham became part of the Reliance Steel & Aluminum family in 1998, further enhancing our ability to meet and even anticipate our customers’ needs. Chatham’s primary product lines include carbon steel wide flange and I-beams, tubing, pipe, plate, sheet, angles and bars, as well as stainless steel plate, sheet, angles and bars. Chatham also carries a comprehensive inventory of high strength and alloy steel, aluminum and galvanized materials. Durham has received it’s ASME Section III NCA 3800 Quality System Certificate (QSC) as a Materials Organization (MO).
