Michael Pete Winterscheidt

Michael Pete Winterscheidt is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Chatmeter since August 2021. Michael has held various engineering management roles, including Director of Engineering at Techtonic, Inc., and Engineering Manager positions at PGi and ReadyTalk, where responsibilities involved leading teams, standardizing best practices, and overseeing project delivery. In addition to engineering management, Michael contributes to the Ignite Denver community as a Deck Steward, assisting speakers with presentations. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Colorado State University and has a background that includes internships and early professional experience in software engineering and threat prevention.
