Maureen Rabbitt has over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, and public relations. Maureen began their career in 2001 as an Account Manager for Fleishman-Hillard PR Agency in Dublin, Ireland. In 2004, they became the Head of Group Public Relations for Digicel Group, where they established and scaled up Group Communications, shaped brand communications strategy, oversaw corporate announcements, and improved internal communication. In 2008, they became a Board Member for Donegal Highland Radio Limited. In 2009, they were the Director of Brand and Communications for Special Olympics, where they governed Communications Departments, secured and managed funding, and led a global rebrand of Special Olympics identity. In 2011, they served as a Social Media Strategist and Manager for the 2011 Presidential Campaign on a voluntary basis. In 2017, they became a Communications, Storytelling, and Brand Consultant for Freelance, self-employed. Most recently, they are the Head of Marketing and Public Relations for Galvia AI.
Maureen Rabbitt attended The Gaiety School of Acting from 2015 to 2017, where they studied Performance in Theatre & Film. Maureen then obtained a Masters in Public Relations from Technological University Dublin in 2001, with a focus on Communications, Marketing, Media Relations, and Writing. Maureen's undergraduate degree was a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin, which they obtained in 1997 after studying English Literature and Spanish. Additionally, Maureen obtained an Online Marketing Foundations certification from LinkedIn in December 2020.
