Melissa Aleman

Melissa Aleman has over three decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Chatsworth Products since July 2010, where Melissa has also held the titles of Human Resources Director and Manager of Human Resources. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Cypress from March 1990 to January 2009 as Senior Manager of Human Resources, and had roles at Minco Technology Labs as Human Resources/Payroll and Exxon Company USA in Consumer Affairs. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Park University.
