Vivianne Thompson

Vivianne Thompson is an experienced educator with a robust background in early years education. Currently serving as the Director of Early Years at Chatsworth Schools since January 2019, Vivianne focuses on enhancing educational establishments to provide safe and joyful learning environments for young children. Previously, as the Headmistress of The Minors Nursery School at Alpha Plus Group Ltd from September 2011 to December 2018, Vivianne oversaw all aspects of the nursery, achieving an Ofsted outstanding rating. Additional experience includes roles in school marketing, early years consulting, and teaching across multiple educational institutions since the mid-1990s. Vivianne holds a BA QTS in Education with an Early Years Specialism from the University of Surrey and has been actively involved in early childhood education for decades.
