Charles D. Frazier

Charles D. Frazier has a strong background in transportation and management. Charles D. has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Chief Executive Officer at the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority, where they currently work. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. Frazier also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer at Rock Region METRO and as an administrator at Palm Tran, Inc. and Palm Beach County. Additionally, they worked as an English Language and Educational Consultant with the Japanese Board of Education.

Charles D. Frazier attended Gonzaga University from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree. Charles D.'sfield of study focused on Information Technology and Finance. Additionally, Charles has obtained various certifications, including A+ Certified Computer Technician from CompTIA, Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) from Cisco, Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) from Microsoft, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
