Derrall Stalvey

Derrall Stalvey has extensive work experience in the field of communications and media. Derrall is currently serving as the Senior Vice President at Chattanooga Football Club, where they lead various departments including communication, content, broadcast, and marketing. Derrall'sresponsibilities also include maintaining the organization's brand integrity and creating creative content.

Prior to their current role, Stalvey worked as the Director of Operations at Soccer Parenting. Derrall oversaw the content and creative direction of various websites related to youth soccer and parent engagement.

Stalvey also has a significant background in television, having worked at WRCB-TV as the Corporate Director and Director of News & Operations. In these roles, they managed corporate research projects, special programming, and daily operations of the newsroom. Derrall was responsible for overseeing a large team and ensuring high-quality news broadcasts.

Earlier in their career, Stalvey worked at WATE 6 On Your Side as the Assistant News Director and Interim News Director. Derrall led a department of journalists and reporters and was involved in producing the first televised debate among GOP Candidates for Tennessee.

In addition, Stalvey has experience working for NBC News as a Summer Fellow. During this time, they assisted senior producers and the executive producer with story development and research at Dateline NBC.

Derrall Stalvey completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Broadcasting, and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1996 to 2000. Derrall then pursued further education and received a Master of Science degree in Strategic & Digital Communication from the same university between 2022 and 2024.

Additionally, Derrall Stalvey completed the Executive Development Program at the National Association of Broadcasters in 2013. In 2008 to 2009, they also participated in the Leadership Chattanooga program, focusing on Business & Community Leadership.

In terms of certifications, Derrall Stalvey obtained the Hootsuite Platform Certification, Social Marketing Certification, Google Analytics Academy Certification, and Google Data Studio Certification in 2022. These certifications were obtained from Hootsuite and Google.
