Madyson Foster Smith has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Madyson is currently employed as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Chattanooga Football Club, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Corporate Partnerships at the same company from September 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Chattanooga Football Club, Madyson worked as the Philanthropy Relations Manager at Girl Scouts of the Southern Appalachians from March 2020 to August 2021. Madyson was responsible for managing relationships with philanthropic partners.

Madyson's earlier work experiences include being named Miss Fall Fest at the Miss Tennessee Scholarship Organization from November 2012 to November 2013. Madyson also held management positions at Jinsei Sushi, working as the Front of House Manager from May 2012 to January 2013, and as a Hostess from February 2011 to August 2012. Additionally, they gained experience as an intern at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Chattanooga in the summer of 2011.

Through their various roles, Madyson has developed a strong background in revenue management, corporate partnerships, philanthropy, program management, marketing, and event planning.

Madyson Foster Smith began their education at Cleveland High School from 2005 to 2009, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Madyson then attended Birmingham-Southern College from 2010 to 2013, focusing on Dance Performance, though they did not obtain a degree. Later, from 2019 to 2021, Madyson attended Belhaven University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
