Jim Stailey

Jim Stailey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area since December 2018, Jim previously held the position of Vice President Operations at Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest from November 2003 to December 2018. Jim's military background includes service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from December 1991 to August 2003. Jim holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained in 2017 and 2008, respectively.
