The company, which was founded in 2013 by Director, Samantha (Sam) Walsh, has been built on over 25 years of experience in the public sector working in engagement, community planning, arts and culture, leisure services and festivals and events.

We are passionate about good engagement and we pride ourselves on working closely with clients and communities to deliver effective consultation, genuine dialogue and robust data.

We take on engagement projects big and small. We can work with a small group of people within an organisation or linked to a particular place, or with larger groups and even the wider community.

We have experience working with diverse communities including people of all ages, genders and cultures, and have extensive experience working with children and young people.

We are very passionate and experienced in engaging with children and young people, and all team members have Working with Children's Checks.
