Liv brings Chatterkick to a place it’s never been before: Michigan! Although she’s a born and bred Hoosier, she now calls the Great Lakes State home and where she contends with up to 70″ of snow per year. Growing up in a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners instilled a firm understanding of quality customer service, organization, and how businesses must make data-informed strategic decisions. Liv’s professional background is primarily in the higher-ed marketing sphere, but her decade-worth of experience with videography, photography, and journalism makes her a strong communicator across any industry.

An avid learner, Liv earned her Bachelor’s in Journalism-Public Relations from Indiana University and her Masters in Organizational Leadership from Goodwin University in 2020. She is a certified Say It Straight communication assertiveness trainer, Facebook Digital Marketing Associate, and holds a Hootsuite Social Marketing Certificate.
