Vincent Dollet has over 18 years of experience in the tech industry. From 2002 to 2003, they were a Trainee at Alcatel CIT and a Software Engineer at Toolnet Paradise Multimedia. In 2003, they moved to Neotilus as a Software Engineer. From 2005 to 2006, they were a Consultant at Schneider Electric and from 2006 to 2020, they were VP Product at Appear Networks. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Founder of Product Fit and the Founder of Field Insights. From 2016 to 2020, they were Group Product Manager, Principal Product Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager at Zendesk. Since 2020, they have been VP Product at PolyAI and since 2023, they have been VP Product at Chattermill.

Vincent Dollet has a diverse educational background. Vincent obtained their Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2014, their MSc Exchange Program from Queen's University in 2002, and their Master of Science in Telecommunications from INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon in 2002.
