Jim Schimpf

Jim Schimpf has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Chattr, a conversational AI hiring platform for the hourly workforce. Prior to this, they served as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Opportunity Knocks Postcard Marketing, where they played a vital role in creating and growing the company. Additionally, Jim co-founded Evolve Wellness Studio, a multi-million dollar start-up company, where they were responsible for sales and marketing. Jim also owned and managed Gulf Coast Krav Maga Self Defense, overseeing two locations. Earlier in their career, Jim worked as a Services Account Manager at Dell, where they managed IT service needs for public sector accounts. Jim began their career at TEKsystems as a Senior Recruiter and Account Manager, where they excelled in breaking and developing new accounts and managing a team of recruiters.

Jim Schimpf attended Lees-McRae College from 1991 to 1993. Jim did not obtain a degree or have a specific field of study during their time at the college. From 1993 to 1995, they attended Appalachian State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Rehab Psychology.
