Sarah Horan Van Treese

Sarah Horan Van Treese has over 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, architecture, and DevOps. Sarah began their career in 2005 as a Software Engineer/Developer at Hunting Technologies, where they worked on a variety of client projects. In 2007, they joined Tech Data as an Associate Application Developer, eventually becoming a Development Specialist and Senior Developer. In 2014, they joined BST Global as a Senior Software Engineer, later becoming the Manager of Software Engineering and DevOps and then the Principal Architect of Software Engineering, Architecture, and DevOps. In 2020, they joined Mindbody as a Senior Application Architect, guiding the architecture for the B2C applications across multiple development teams. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Head of Engineering at Chattr.

Sarah Horan Van Treese earned a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University New Orleans. In 2019, they obtained the Lean Technology Strategy: Running Agile at Scale certification from LinkedIn. Sarah also holds certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft.
