Rajeev Menon

Rajeev Menon is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in treaty underwriting across various markets, particularly in the MENA region and South Asia. Currently serving as a Senior Class Underwriter at Chaucer Group since September 2018, Rajeev Menon leads treaty offerings for traditional and specialty classes. Previously, Rajeev Menon held senior underwriting roles at Qatar Reinsurance Company Ltd, managing a diverse treaty portfolio within the Asian markets, and at Hannover Re, where responsibilities included underwriting for conventional clients and Retakaful markets. Rajeev Menon's career began at Swiss Re as Vice President of Underwriting Operations. Educational qualifications include an ACII from the Chartered Institute of Insurance in London, an International Post Graduate Diploma in Risk Management, a degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Calicut.
