Chris Youngblood

Chris Youngblood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and leadership. Since December 1993, Chris has served as the President/CEO and Managing Partner at Chavez-Grieves Consulting Engineers. Prior to this role, Chris worked as a Bridge Inspector for the New Mexico State University Bridge Inspection Department from 1990 to 1993, conducting routine and special inspections on bridge structures across New Mexico. Chris's earlier career includes serving in the United States Army in the Field Artillery from 1984 to 1990, with tours in Kansas, Belgium, Holland, Germany, and Morocco. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis from New Mexico State University, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1993, and attended the University of Maryland from 1985 to 1987, following graduation from Hot Springs High School in 1984.
