Shining Xiao

Shining Xiao currently serves as the Vice President of Sales for Chayora, overseeing sales strategy and channel partnerships to enhance hyper-scale customer engagement in China since April 2020. Prior to this role, Shining held various positions at Equinix from May 2014 to April 2020, including Director of Sales, where responsibilities encompassed leading sales teams and managing P&L and revenue. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director of Strategic Account and Channel at Shanghai Symphony Telecommunications Co., Ltd., focusing on strategic sales in various industries, and as Customer Service Manager at PCCW Shanghai Rep. Office, where Shining provided project management and customer support. Beginning a career in IT as an IT Specialist at Field Force, Shining possesses a strong foundation in project management and technology, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Fudan University.
