Michael Lin is an experienced executive in sales and business development with a demonstrated history of working in the Greater China region. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales for B2B at SWAROVSKI since January 2022, Michael oversees the B2B division with full P&L responsibility and has contributed significantly to the company's EBIT. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Director of Business Development at SWAROVSKI, managing business transformation for the global leader in the B2B market. Michael's experience at The Walt Disney Company included serving as Senior Regional Category Manager, where business triples were achieved through strategic acquisitions and market expansion. Starting as a Brand Manager at Remy Martin, Michael successfully increased sales turnover in the Cognac segment, and earlier, as a Sales Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, laid acquisition strategies for high-net-worth clients. Michael holds an MBA in Finance from Clark University and graduate credit in Negotiation from Harvard Law School.
