Brand strategy consulting for companies that need to turn positioning into growth, margin and competitive advantage, with a focus on Latin American companies expanding into Brazil, as well as Brazilian companies in growth, expansion or repositioning.

CHAZAN was founded by Fernanda Chazan, a brand strategist with over a decade of experience in communication, content and brand building for companies across different Latin American markets.

Throughout her career, Fernanda has developed projects for brands such as Unilever, Ovomaltine, Thomson Reuters, Mahogany, Yakult and Samsung, working across agencies and in-house roles.

That closeness to execution is what led to CHAZAN: a consultancy focused on structuring brand positioning (delivered through the proprietary Brand Core Guide), brand architecture, portfolio and strategic communication direction for companies in growth, expansion, transformation or repositioning, including Latin American brands entering the Brazilian market.

Because, after all, campaigns change. Communication changes. Even platforms change. But positioning remains what sustains perceived value, differentiation and long-term growth.

Areas of expertise:

• Brand positioning (Brand Core Guide)
• Brand architecture and portfolio
• Go-to-market strategy and market entry
• Strategic communication direction
• Branding for expansion and growth
• Brand repositioning
• Brand strategy for Latin American companies entering Brazil
