Chuy Michel

Chuy Michel has extensive experience in various roles and companies. Chuy is currently working as the Vice President of Intelligent Automation at Chazey Partners since January 2022. Chuy previously held the position of Global Head of Hyperautomation at the same company from January 2021 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were the RPA Americas Head at Chazey Partners from November 2019 to December 2020.

Before joining Chazey Partners, Chuy Michel co-founded VALCE Talent Solutions in 2016 and served as the Co-Founder and Managing Partner.

From 2016 to 2019, Chuy Michel worked at Herbalife Nutrition as the Director of Global Business Services. In this role, they implemented Continuous Improvement programs, increased Shared Services adoption, and transformed Shared Services into a profit center, among other achievements.

Prior to Herbalife Nutrition, Chuy Michel gained experience at Lenovo and IBM. At Lenovo, they served as the Shared Services PMO & O2C for North America Operations in 2014. During their time at IBM, they held various positions such as Global Leader of Shared Services & Director of Supply Chain System x divestiture from 2011 to 2014, Global Shared Services Strategy and Transformation from 2008 to 2011, and Shared Services Mexico and Central America Executive - Customer Fulfillment from 2005 to 2008.

Chuy Michel's career in IBM began in 1997, where they held several roles in Procurement, Shared Services, and Transformation until 2003.

Chuy Michel attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they obtained a Master's Degree in Global Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
