James Duke is currently the Vice President of Customer Experience at CHC Solutions, Inc. Prior to this role, James worked at Continuum Healthcare Solutions as the Director of Customer Experience. Before that, James held the position of Senior Team Lead- Wound, Ostomy and Urology at Interphase Medical Equipment. Preceding this, James was the Corporate Accounts Program Manager at Mercy Surgical Dressing Group, Inc. James holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications and rhetoric from the University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg.
