Marc VanHasselt is the Vice President of Customer Experience at Prometric, a position held since July 1999, where efforts focus on ensuring exemplary customer interactions with a holistic approach to accessibility. With a diverse executive background at Prometric, Marc has also served as Vice President of Accessibility, Vice President of Global Test Center Management, Vice President of Channel Operations for the Americas, Executive Director of Channel Operations, Executive Director of HR Business Partner, and Executive Director of EMEA and New Business Development. Prior to Prometric, Marc held regional director roles at Sylvan Learning in APAC and EMEA, and worked in account management and receivables at Holiday Inn Worldwide and Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel, respectively. Academic credentials include an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, an MSc in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, and a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
