Rachel Pelaia

Rachel Pelaia, SHRM-CP, is a professional in the field of human resources and training with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Coordinator at Community Health Centers, Inc. since December 2021, Rachel has previously held positions such as Training and Development Manager and Reimbursement Coordinator at ProHealth Medical, LLC, as well as OJT Instructor at Universal Orlando Resort. Rachel also gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at CentralSquare Technologies and held multiple roles at Universal Orlando Resort, including Team Captain and Admissions and Upgrades Trainer. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources Management at the University of Central Florida, Rachel also holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the same institution, along with studies at Valencia Community College.
