Jan Stip

Jan Stip is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Head of Growth Technologies EMEA at Check Point Software since August 2022, with additional responsibilities as Head of Channel EMEA. As Managing Partner and CEO of Valesco Ventures, Jan Stip focuses on building international sales subsidiaries for innovative technology companies in IT infrastructure and security markets. Prior roles include COO and Investor at OPT/NET BV, where efforts were concentrated on leveraging AI for data-driven decision-making. Jan Stip has also advised various technology firms, including RtBrick Inc. and ZingBox Inc. Additionally, significant leadership roles at Infoblox, Juniper Networks, and Ascom Timeplex highlight a strong track record in sales and business development across EMEA. Jan Stip holds a Master's degree in Computer and Information Management from Webster Vienna Private University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Windesheim.
