Roman Kats

Roman Kats is an experienced professional in the field of software quality assurance and development, currently serving as a Group Manager in the Cloud Gateway & Infrastructure Group at Check Point Software since January 2017. Prior roles at Check Point include QA Team Lead in various teams, contributing to the planning, execution, and automation of testing processes. With a background as a QA Engineer and Assistant System Administrator at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, Roman has also held managerial positions in the hospitality industry and worked as an Electrical Engineer. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel and another Bachelor's degree in Electrical Systems and Complexes of Transport Vehicles from Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding. Language training includes French and English courses.
