Widely recognised as pioneers and ‘Market Leaders’ (Business & Finance Magazine) in Ireland and Spain, Checkback International is one of the founding brands in the identity verification services sector in the UK.

Delivering specialist screening services, we support our corporate partners in new staff screening and provide accurate and verified information for their HR management. We tailor vetting solutions to meet the needs of individual clients without compromising on the stringent requirements laid down by legislation and associated supervising inspectorates.

Our proprietary online process drives our quality-driven pre-employment vetting services, delivering both the BPSS check online and the BS7858 check online. Checkback also delivers all three levels of the DBS check online - Basic, Standard and Enhanced.

Checkback undertakes a wide range of specialised screening products alongside frequently used checks, such as BPSS, BS7857 checks and DBS checks. Specialist financial sector pre-employment checks include FCA Level 1 screening, FCA Level 2 screening and PCI compliance screening.

Working across industries, the Checkback screening team specialists support HR departments and recruitment professionals. Our screening team continues to work closely with you as your checks progress through the system, answering any questions or queries that arise.

Many checks are required on an urgent basis, such as an Airside Pass or an FCA background check. Our team will work with you to prioritise your checks and help ensure that your deadline won't be compromised. If there are any delays outside of our control, we'll keep you updated.

Growing from its roots as a subsidiary of one of Europe’s largest Risk Management organisation in the 1990s, Checkback is now an independently owned company with offices in Hemel Hempstead (Vetting Solutions Centre), Dublin (CBI) and Santander (Vetting Solutions Centre España).
