Sergey Voronov, PhD

Sergey Voronov, PhD, is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Currently serving as the CTO and Head of Technology at DeckRobot since February 2022, Sergey also holds the positions of Advisor and Co-Founder at Checklens and Vice President of Engineering, where Sergey has successfully built and structured an engineering department from the ground up. As a Co-Founder and CTO of EyeMove since February 2016, Sergey has significantly contributed to multiple projects in AI and computer vision. Additionally, Sergey has led teams at SKIDATA AG as the Computer Vision & Machine Learning Team Manager, managed remote teams at Mediterra Software as Team Lead, and developed machine learning strategies at Wisebits Group. Sergey furthered academic research at EPFL focusing on EMG control for wearable prosthetics.
