Kaylie Boogaerts

Kaylie Boogaerts has held a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2015. In 2021, they began working as Director of People at Checkly, followed by a role as People Operations Manager. Kaylie also became a Remote Processes & Culture Consultant, helping business owners build productive world-class remote teams and implement efficient processes. Later in 2021, they became People Xperience Manager at KI group HQ, where they were responsible for PX strategy and implementation. In 2016, they began working as People & Culture Manager at LaterPay, where they provided HR support for 50+ team members in 13+ countries, reduced the time to offer to an average of 24 days from an average of 59 days, and implemented a Continuous Employee & Performance Development process. Kaylie also held roles as HR Coordinator and Management Assistant/Assistentin der Geschäftsführung. Before that, in 2016, they were HR Executive at tajawal, an online travel company, where they were responsible for talent acquisition. In 2015, Kaylie held a role as Account Manager at National Pen Europe, where they contacted customers from the database over the phone and email and generated increased sales.

Kaylie Boogaerts received their Master of Policy Economics from KU Leuven in 2015. Kaylie attended KU Leuven from 2009 to 2014, studying Taal- en regiostudies: Japanologie. From 2012 to 2013, they attended Fukuoka Women's University and completed the World of Japanese Contemporary Culture program (WJC).
