Adi Keren

Senior Customer Success Manager at Checkmarx

Adi Keren has extensive work experience in customer success management and product specialist roles. Adi began their career in 2004 as a sales manager at Clal Factoring and then moved on to SuperDerivatives in 2007, where they worked as a product specialist, responsible for account management and training development. In 2008, they joined FIBI - Innovation and Digital as a forex sales representative. From 2011 to 2015, Adi worked at Leverate, first as a product specialist and then as a customer training director, overseeing the client learning process and producing training materials. In 2015, they joined Natural Intelligence as an industry manager. Adi then had customer success management roles at Carambola and oolo from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Adi is working at Checkmarx as a senior customer success manager.

Adi Keren has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Information Systems from Tel Aviv University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Hotel Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Adi Keren's educational background also includes attending Nesher High School and completing studies at the Mikveh Israel Agricultural School.
