John Dapper

John Dapper has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. John is currently serving as the Western Sales Director at Checkmarx, a company that specializes in securing the software development lifecycle. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2021, they worked at Coalfire Systems, Inc. as a Director and Vice President, leading teams and helping clients improve their cybersecurity posture.

In 2015, John worked as the Vice President at Commerce Sync, where they established sales strategies and tripled the user base. From 2011 to 2015, they held the position of Senior Director at Visa's subsidiary, Cybersource, where they grew the customer base and achieved above-average annual plan achievement.

Before that, John served as a Director and Vice President at IP Commerce from 2005 to 2011, where they led the inside sales and sales engineering functions. John also worked at Level 3 Communications, taking on multiple roles including developer, custom development manager, and sales engineer.

In 2002, John worked as an Independent Consultant at JtD Associates, LLC, doubling the revenue of the software development staffing organization. Prior to that, they held managerial positions at Level 3 Communications and worked as an Analyst and Consultant at Accenture, where they served as a business process consultant on various projects.

John Dapper has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. John also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additionally, they obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services in August 2021.
