Natalie Toas PGDip Assoc CIPD has over 15 years of experience in human resources. Natalie currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Checkmate Fire Solutions Ltd, a position they have held since March 2021. Prior to this role, they were the Human Resources Manager at the same company from November 2017 to March 2021.

In August 2021, Natalie joined ROSSE SYSTEMS as the Head of Human Resources.

From 2013 to 2017, Natalie worked for The Dalesman Group, an independent manufacturer of seasonings and food ingredients. Throughout their career, Natalie has gained extensive experience in delivering comprehensive HR services, managing teams, and providing support to stakeholders.

Natalie Toas completed their education at The University of Huddersfield from 2009 to 2012. During this period, they successfully obtained a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management. The field of study was focused on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General.
