Amy Mikhail

Amy Mikhail has worked for four companies since 2013. Amy began their career as an Intern, Corporate Customer Service at QNB Group in 2013. In 2014, they joined The German University in Cairo as an Economics Assistant Lecturer and Researcher, where they conducted advanced research in the areas of Advanced Microeconomics, Cartels and Game Theory, and Economic Development country specific case studies, and taught courses such as Econometrics, Financial Economics, Political Economics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Development Economics. In 2015, they interned at The Ministry of Transportation of Egypt, Cairo, Egypt as a Researcher and Analyst, where they conducted analysis on the history of factors affecting transportation in Cairo and researched possible strategies for future growth. In 2019, they joined CheckMyBus as a Business Operations Manager and Data Quality Manager - Working Student, where they were responsible for geo-data acquisition and ensuring high data integrity across all supported travel mediums from all travel partners worldwide, and supported with the integration of new data sources into the company's CMS.

Amy Mikhail has obtained a Master's Degree in International Finance and Economics from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm in 2021. Before that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from The German University in Cairo in 2017, and a Bachelor's Degree in General Management from The German University in Cairo in 2014. In addition, they have obtained a Uncommon Sense Teaching Specialization from Coursera in November 2022.
