Louis Gspann

Louis GSPANN has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Louis began their career as an Intern in the F&B Department at Apollo Hotel Basingstoke in 2011. Louis then gained further experience in the hospitality industry through internships at NH Hotel Group as an F&B Supervisor and at Hilton Brussels & The Hotel Brussels in the Operation Department.

In 2011, Louis also had the opportunity to undergo training in the Administrative Department at Marriott Hotels and in the Front Desk Agent role at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc.

Louis continued to develop their skills in the hospitality industry by serving as an Assistant Restaurant Manager & Event Coordinator at Golf De Saint-Cloud in 2016. Louis then joined the Revenue Management team at Accor as a Cluster Revenue Analyst, where they implemented control systems and reviewed business pickup for multiple resorts. In 2018, Louis was promoted to Cluster Revenue & E-Commerce Manager, overseeing the revenue department of three luxury hotels and optimizing their strategies.

In 2019, Louis joined Marriott International as a Cluster Revenue Manager, responsible for managing the revenue of multiple properties within the company. Currently, Louis holds the position of Head of Revenue at Checkmyguest, a role they started in 2023.

Louis GSPANN received their Bachelor's degree in International Business, Hospitality and Tourism Management with a specialization in International Hotel Management from Vatel International Business School, Hospitality & Tourism Management in the years 2010 to 2013. Louis then pursued their Master's degree in International Business, Hospitality and Tourism Management with a specialization in Revenue Management at Vatel France from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Lycée Français Jean Monnet, Brussels, Belgium, where they obtained a Baccalauréat in science in 2007. Louis also briefly attended Université catholique de Louvain from 2007 to 2009, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
