Jo Vane

Jo Vane is a seasoned professional in information security and compliance with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the PCI Security Standards Council and as the Director of Information Security at Checkout.com, Jo has previously held significant roles, including Risk and Compliance Director at Visa and Security and Compliance Manager at Fraedom. With a strong background in compliance management and project leadership, Jo's career began at IBM as a Team Leader and included various positions at Acision and Lifecycle Software Ltd, culminating in expertise in risk management and information security strategies. Jo holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication & Public Relations from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative and in Public Relations/Image Management from the University of Public Relations and Communication.
