Michał Bielecki

Michał Bielecki has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In their current position at Checkout.com, they serve as a Senior Engineering Manager, leading and managing engineering teams. Prior to this, they worked at WorldFirst, where they held various roles, including Technical Principal, Technical Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. In these positions, they played a key role in architecting and developing microservices, solving technical issues, and managing teams of engineers. Before joining WorldFirst, Michał worked at Squiz as a Technical Director and Web Technology Consultant, where they managed teams of engineers, provided technical advice, and delivered customized solutions for clients. Michał also gained experience as a Web Developer at Squiz and as an Owner of SzafaGra.fm, where they managed their own business. In addition, Michał worked at Centrologic Polska as an Owner, managing a team of developers and handling client projects. Michał also worked as a Full Stack Engineer at WAYN, developing a social platform, and as a Senior Software Developer at Re-Route Ltd, where they led a development team and designed and implemented Java applications. Additionally, they started their career as a software developer at Centrologic.com and estrony.pl. Throughout their work experience, Michał has demonstrated strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Michał Bielecki obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in IT in Management from Uniwersytet Szczeciński, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Michał also attended Centrum Szkolenia Łączności i Informatyki w Zegrzu for military training in Military Telecommunication and IT in 2005. Before university, Michał attended XIII L.O. Szczecin from 1997 to 2002. Michał has also earned several certifications, including Graded Examinations in Spoken English (GESE) from Trinity College London in January 2023 and the PCEP - Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer certification from OpenEDG Python Institute in June 2020. Additionally, they completed various courses and obtained certifications in data analytics and cloud computing.
