Brent Johnson has over 25 years of sales experience, beginning with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Advanced Wound and Ostomy Division in 1994 as a Sales Representative. In this role, they were responsible for marketing wound, skin and ostomy products and achieved a 1996 sales leader for Independence region with adjusted sales increase of $80,000, and a 1997 ranking of #2 nationally for sales increase of company lead product Duoderm. In 2000, they joined Rock Surgical as a Sales Representative, responsible for gaining market share of orthopaedic spine and neuro-surgical devices with area surgeons. In 2012, they joined RF Surgical Systems Inc as a Surgical Device Representative, assisting hospitals in eliminating retained surgical items. In 2015, they joined Olympus Corporation of the Americas as a Territory Sales Manager and Key Account Executive. Finally, in 2018, they joined Checkpoint Surgical as a Territory Business Manager.

Brent Johnson attended Shippensburg University from 1986 to 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing.
