Justin Hayden

Justin Hayden has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as an IT Support Engineer II at Checkr, Inc. Justin manages Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta for over 1000 users, resolving technical support tickets and improving efficiency by automating processes. Justin also conducts IT training sessions for new hires. Prior to this, they worked as a Desktop Support Analyst at LifeLong Medical Care for a brief period.

Justin also has experience at NorthBay Healthcare, where they served as a Technical Support Analyst, providing hardware provisioning, troubleshooting, and network support. Justin also worked as an IT Help Desk Technician, resolving technical issues for customers and guiding interns and new employees. Additionally, they served as an IT Assistant, managing Active Directory accounts and exceeding call-handling goals. Justin started their journey at NorthBay Healthcare as an IT Intern.

Before joining NorthBay Healthcare, Justin worked as a Member Services Associate at Taymax Group, LP, assisting customers with various tasks and ensuring their satisfaction. Justin also worked at Pieology Pizzeria as a Founding Team Member, implementing new processes to enhance customer service. Lastly, they gained customer service and leadership skills as a Food Production Team Member at Six Flags.

Justin Hayden has a diverse education background. Justin attended Diablo Valley College, where they pursued a degree in Information and Communication Technology with a focus on Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Justin also completed a Helpdesk/Desktop Support Specialist Certificate program at Year Up.

In addition to their college education, Justin attended Solano Community College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Quantitative Analysis and Reasoning. Justin also obtained another Associate of Science degree in General Science from the same institution.

Prior to their college studies, Justin graduated from Angelo Rodriguez High School.

Justin has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. Justin is a Slack Certified Admin, having received this certification from Slack in March 2023. Justin holds an FCRA Basic Certification from PBSA, attained in February 2022. Furthermore, they completed a course on Learning Google Workspace Administration, which was provided by LinkedIn, in November 2021.
