Kurt Ude

Kurt Ude has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Kurt is currently a Staff Software Engineer at Checkr, Inc., where they started in October 2022 after serving as a Senior Software Engineer from July 2021 to October 2022. Prior to that, Kurt worked at Flow from September 2019 to June 2021 as a Senior Lead Backend Engineer, contributing to the development of the core API for automating work processes in financial services. Kurt also held multiple roles at Canvas, including Director of Engineering from January 2019 to September 2019, Developer Lead from December 2017 to January 2019, and Software Developer from December 2016 to December 2017. Kurt's earlier experience includes working as a Software Developer at Breeze Labs, Inc. from July 2015 to December 2016, and as a Lead Developer at Groopt from August 2010 to June 2015, where they focused on building a robust backend system for user-driven forms and submissions.

Kurt Ude attended Pomona College from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
